What are Meeting Minutes?
Meeting minutes are the official written record of a construction project meeting. They document who attended, what was discussed, what decisions were made, and what action items were assigned.
Types of Construction Meetings
- **Owner/architect/contractor (OAC)** — monthly progress meetings
- **Submittal review meetings** — design team reviews submittals
- **Safety meetings** — weekly safety coordination
- **Coordination meetings** — MEP and trade coordination
- **Punch list meetings** — closeout and deficiency review

- Date, time, and location

- Agenda items discussed

- Action items with responsible party and due date
