Reporting Timeline

  • **Immediate** — first aid incidents
  • **Within 24 hours** — recordable incidents
  • **Within 8 hours** — fatalities (OSHA requirement)
  • **Within 30 days** — hospitalizations, amputations, eye loss (OSHA)
